Bayo Ogundele, CPA, MBA, is the Managing Principal of Adams & Ogundele, CPA’s, PLLC, a public accounting firm with clients in private, government, and non-profit sectors. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Arizona, USA with over thirty-five years of leadership, entrepreneurial, and professional experience in accounting, finance, and strategic business management.

Bayo is the Sole Principal of The Inexodus Group, LLC, a financial and business advisory services firm that provides capital financing, strategic business, and financial services to businesses and Inexodus, LLC, a tax compliance and advisory firm and franchise owner of two (2) Liberty Tax Service locations in Arizona.

Mr. Ogundele served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Girl Scouts – Arizona Cactus-Pine Council for 17 years and as the Auditor for the City of Seattle, Washington from 1990 to 1992. Before 1990, he gained public accounting experience with Francis & Co., CPAs, in addition to working and participating in joint audit and public financing projects with Deloitte & Touche, and Arthur Andersen in Seattle, Washington.

For several years, Bayo served on the Boards of Directors for the Arizona Society of CPA’s (ASCPA); the Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) Federal Credit Union (now known as Marisol Federal Credit Union); and as the Vice Chairman – Finance Committee of the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the prestigious Valley Leadership (Class 24) in Phoenix, Arizona and a current member of Business Networking International (BNI) Goodyear Legacy Chapter.
